MEATBALL CHALLENGE! entry two

So for our second entry, I'm nominating a dish over at deglaze me, where Christina Kim has made some really tasty looking meatballs based on a recipe by E. Lee at Bacon Concentrate. danielle is a wandering soul currently tethered in ohio. she chronicles her misadventures in cooking here and her daily disasters there. the shift button on her computer must not work or something.

SHaKe & BaKe are a dynamic baking duo with a talent for sophisticated cocktails.

[dave] has been a happenstance vegetarian since 2000. He finds it really difficult to use capital letters so be sure to let him know if he needs a few.

Mairead lives in Dublin. She is not big on quantities in recipes. She couldn't measure a cup of anything to save her life, but gives out dashes and dollups with the best of 'em. Cheese finds its way into most of her cooking.

Bunner makes health-savvy broke to baller smorgasbords with her pal Raoul both here and at Get and Stay Fit!.
